Automatic refund

A rejected completion instantly unlocks the amount back to the balance. A closed task with remaining budget returns the unused amount automatically.

Disputes

If a performer disputes a decision, platform moderation reviews the dispute within 48 hours.

Top-up refunds

Unused funds can be returned to the original payment method by contacting support. Processing time is up to 5 business days.
